We are currently in-network with Blue Shield (except plans administered by American Specialty Health), Cigna, UMR, and UnitedHealthcare. If we are not in-network with your insurance, you may still have out-of-network benefits, which can offset your costs. Most plans cover acupuncture and chiropractic services only for musculoskeletal pain or nausea.
We attempt to verify your coverage before your first appointment as a courtesy. Please enter the insurance information requested when booking your initial visit and we will email you a summary of your estimated benefits as well as our intake forms within 2-3 business days. We will also notify you of any earlier openings.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be assessed our full rate. This ensures other patients needing treatment can be seen. Thank you for valuing our time.
